Returns Policy

Should you not be satisfied with your watch, you can either drop the watch off at The Penthouse by Trotters, 19 Great Winchester Street or Unit 4 The Royal Exchange London. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with all contents and accessories.

You must also ensure that it is adequately packaged for return back to us. We also recommend you return items back to us using secure and tracked delivery with the correct insurance in place.

ALL returns must be in the same condition as it was received. All returns will be processed within 5-7 working days with payment being refunded back to the original form of payment.
